Re-Sign Procedures<\/strong><\/h3>\n

First time sign-in is in person. (Dues receipt & Travel letter) If you roll off of the books, you will need to sign in again in person.<\/span><\/h3>\n

In January, April, July, and October – Either in person, by mail, on line, or by fax!<\/span><\/h4>\n

If you mail it – it must be postmarked between the 1st and the 16th.<\/span>

\nIf you fax it : (719)561-8000 – it must be received between the 1st and the 16th.<\/span><\/p>\n

Your re-sign should include your printed name, last four numbers of your social security number, or your card number, and your signature.<\/span><\/p>\n

To remove your name from the books, it must be in writing, and you can either fax it or email it to us!<\/span><\/p>\n

If the job line mail box is full, you may leave a message at ext. 13 or ext. 10<\/strong>
\nor you can fax your acceptance in.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sign-in is Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m Dues Receipt and Travel Letter are expected, you may have your Local Union fax a travel letter to us<\/span>
\nDispatch is Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) at 8:30 – 11:30 am. & 1:30 – 4:30 p.m. only!<\/span><\/p>\n

CDL – Commercial Drivers License Class A
\nCOE – Code of Excellence
\nDL – Valid Drivers License
\nDT – Pre-hire Drug Test
\nSL – Colorado State Electrical License
